All purchases are final once the rank has been delivered.
Refunds are not available after delivery.
If a technical issue prevents the rank from being delivered, please contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will provide the rank or an appropriate solution.
Refund requests will not be accepted due to a change of mind after purchase.
