Digital Goods & Final Sale Terms
Due to the virtual, digital, and intangible nature of Minecraft server ranks, Golden Coins, and perks, all purchases made through the Arab Throne store are delivered instantly upon transaction confirmation.

All Purchases are Final: Once a digital rank or item has been delivered to your Minecraft username, the transaction is deemed fully completed and is non-refundable.

No Post-Delivery Refunds: Refunds are not available under any circumstances after successful delivery of the digital perks.

Change of Mind: Refund requests will not be accepted due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or accidental purchase after the order has been fulfilled.
Technical Delivery Issues & Support

24-Hour Notice for Delivery Failures: If a technical issue occurs and your rank is not delivered within 15 minutes of payment, you must contact our support team via a Discord ticket within 24 hours of purchase.

Resolution Guarantee: If our administration confirms that the delivery failure is due to a technical error on our side, we will promptly grant the purchased rank or provide an appropriate resolution.
Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank/PayPal without contacting support first is considered fraud. Doing so will result in an immediate, automatic, and irreversible permanent ban from the Minecraft server and Discord network.
