By visiting the Arab Throne website, accessing our Minecraft server network, or purchasing any virtual product from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Store Products & Digital Goods

Digital Products: All products sold on the Arab Throne store are virtual digital goods, including Minecraft server ranks, Golden Coins, and cosmetic privileges.

Automated Delivery: Digital items and ranks are delivered automatically to your designated Minecraft account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Non-Transferable: Purchased ranks and perks are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, traded, or moved between different Minecraft accounts.

Service & Feature Modifications: The server administration reserves the full right to balance, update, add, or modify rank features, kits, and in-game mechanics at any time to preserve game balance and fairness.
Rule Compliance & Account Responsibility

Server Rules Apply to All: Purchasing a rank does not grant immunity from server rules. If a player violates any community or server rule, the administration reserves the right to mute, kick, or ban the account without refund.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Abuse: Any attempt at payment fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, bug exploitation, or server manipulation will result in an immediate, permanent IP ban across all Arab Throne services.
